Our automatic glazing line with robotic sealant application is capable of handling double and triple glaze with nominal glass thickness ranging from 12mm to 40mm and to a maximum size of 2600 x 5000mm for all type of architectural glasses.
Heat Soak
Heat Soak Test
HST is to minimize the risk of spontaneous breakage due to the inherent inclusions while manufacturing.
The glasses are tested according to EN standards 14179.
Digital Printer
Ceramic Digital Printing
An innovative technology that allows manufacturers to utilize intricate designs on ceramic products with ease. It is done by using printers of high-quality to create vibrant images for more personalization.
Fire-rated Glass processing
Fire-rated Glass processing is the manufacturing of glass products that can efficiently handle high temperatures and withstand flames for a period of time. It helps the glass keep the fire out and resist breakage. The process requires special treatments, and materials. Once processed, it undergoes fire resistance tests to determine the total time the glass can withstand fire.
